Shipping and delivery

For digital nutrition plans, delivery is electronic to the email address provided at registration. Access to digital content is granted after payment confirmation.

Solea is not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to technical failures, network issues, or force majeure.

Returns and refunds

In accordance with European consumer protection rules, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you acquired the service, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing (by email or post) using the contact details at the end of this page. After we accept the withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid within a maximum of 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply where the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent, and you were informed that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the service had been fully performed.
